HYPNOBIRTHING® COURSES
You will learn about the birthing process, about choices you have, you will experience HypnoBirthing® technics and learn to use them, and your partner will learn how to support you best in your birthing journey.
The course consists of five modules each 2-3 hours for you and your birthing partner. Please get in touch for date, timing and location options. If you are very near to your birthing time, occasionally your Practitioner can make special arrangements for individual classes with you.
